The Patt Organization, Centre County
Independent Place included the design and layout for a 139-unit single and multi-family home development. The neighborhood includes a community clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, and walking trails.
Additionally, the development includes The Summit at Shiloh, two 50,000 SF, 24-unit, three-story condominium buildings with underground parking facilities. The structural design components include wood/steel frame, brick facade, beams, lintels, headers, foundation, and concrete.
We are very proud of our new office addition. Keller Engineers provided excellent guidance and support throughout our building project, which included key elements such as: structural recommendations, land development, environmental planning, and a beautiful rain garden. We knew we could trust the expertise of Adam Long, RLA and Brian Smith, PE in helping us create a practical and beautiful building and streetscape that enhances our neighborhood and the community.
