Offices: Gettysburg, PA Office

Keller Engineers, Inc. is seeking a full-time self-motivated professional for the position of Municipal/Land Development/Stormwater Engineer.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in municipal, land development, or stormwater management design/review
• PA Professional Engineer’s license
• Familiar with PADEP design standards and regulations
• Capable of representing the firm and clients at public meetings
• Ability to work independently
• Project management and municipal client experience a plus
• Experience with municipal ordinance compliance a plus

NBIS Bridge Inspector

Keller Engineers, Inc. is seeking a full-time, self-motivated NBIS Inspector for our Transportation Division.

The successful candidate must have their CBSI certification and have at least 2 years of experience performing NBIS inspections and preparing reports.

The Transportation Division provides engineering services to PennDOT, municipal and private clients throughout Pennsylvania.

The successful candidate must have their CBSI certification and qualify as a Team Leader in accordance with NBIS guidelines and have at least 5 years of experience performing NBIS inspections and preparing reports.

Assistant Chief Highway Engineer

Keller Engineers, Inc. is seeking a full-time, self-motivated Assistant Chief Highway Engineer for our Transportation Division. The position has leadership potential in the near future.

The successful candidate must have a PA Professional Engineers license and at least 10 years of experience designing highway and highway-related aspects of projects for PennDOT and municipal owners. Leadership experience is a plus.

Water/Wastewater/Environmental Lead Engineer

Offices: Gettysburg, PA

Keller Engineers has an immediate opening for a full-time Water/Wastewater/Environmental Lead Engineer with 10-15+ years’ technical experience. We are seeking a self-motivated individual for our growing Gettysburg office. The successful candidate will design and manage our water and wastewater projects. Additionally, for more experienced individuals, there are leadership positions available with the Firm. Projects involve municipal/private collection, distribution, conveyance, and treatment systems.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with PE License in Pennsylvania
• Strong technical background with design experience in wastewater collection systems, pump stations, wastewater treatment facilities, water distribution mains, storage tanks, and water treatment facilities
• Water and wastewater agency experience; i.e., PADEP, SRBC, PennVEST, USDA, CFA, Counties, Municipalities and Municipal Authorities
• Ability to manage and oversee design and construction projects for the clientele above
• Experience with quality assurance/quality control, contract negotiations, cost control and construction administration
• Capable of representing the firm and clients at public meetings
• Excellent verbal and written skills

Drinking Water Engineer

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology
• Engineer-In-Training Certificate

Required Skills/Experience:

• Working knowledge of current industry design software including AutoCAD.
