Altoona-Blair County Development Corporation, Blair County
This project consisted of survey, design, and construction inspection of 2,500’ of Township roadway improvements, improvements to State Route 3006, 2,000’ of roadway within the park, 6,500’ of 16” DEP related drainage improvements, and site work to develop a 100-acre site into two industrial lots.
Additionally, the project included upgrades and widening of existing roads to service the park. The design was accelerated to accommodate the opening of the newly constructed 279,000 SF Sheetz Distribution Center as the park’s first tenant.
Keller Engineers has been the partnering Engineer firm for Bedford Joint Municipal Authority since 2009. Keller Engineers were a key component in every area from design to construction for the first phase of Shuster Way Heritage trail that was completed in 2015. Our partnership with Keller Engineers continued as we designed and completed the 2nd phase of the Shuster Way Heritage Trail in September of 2023. The staff are professional, passionate, and dedicated to a project from the beginning to completion. On behalf of Bedford Joint Municipal Authority, I would highly recommend Keller Engineers, Inc.
